If you sell products on eBay and ship them to the United States, there is an important change you should know about.
From July 8, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, called CPSC, requires electronic compliance documents for some products imported into the USA.
This does not affect every product. But it can be important if you sell products such as children’s items, toys, apparel or other regulated consumer products.
