Change prices once – update them automatically everywhere

With Price Sync in Eselt, you can manage your prices centrally and define individual pricing rules for each sales channel.

For example:

eBay +5 %
Amazon +1 €
OTTO -10 %

When you change the price in your online shop, Eselt automatically calculates the prices for your connected sales channels based on the rules you have defined.

1. Activate Price Sync for a sales channel

Go to “My Products”. Above the product list, you can see the current status of Inventory Sync, Order Sync and Price Sync for each connected sales channel.

For the sales channel you want to use, click “Off” in the “Price Sync” row.

Price Sync is now activated for this sales channel.

You can now define how Eselt should calculate the prices. There are two options:

  1. Set price rules for multiple products at once
  2. Set a price rule for an individual product

2. Set price rules for multiple products with Bulk Edit

If you want to use the same price rule for several products, you can edit them together.

First select the products you want to edit and then click “Bulk Edit”.

In the “Bulk edit selected products” window, choose:

  • the sales channel, for example eBay
  • the “Price sync rules” parameter

Then click “Continue”.

You can now define the price rule for all selected products.

Your connected online shop, for example Shopify, is used as the price source.

Under “Adjustment to online shop price”, you can define how the sales price should be calculated.

For example:

Percent (%) → 5

This increases the price on the selected sales channel by 5% compared with the price in your online shop.

You can also define a rounding method and a preferred price ending.

Then click “Save for X products”.

The rule will be applied to all selected products.

3. Set a price rule for an individual product

If you want to define an individual price rule for a specific product, open the product and go to the “Prices” tab.

Above the price table, you will find “Set up automatic price sync”.

Click it to open the automatic Price Sync settings.

Here you can see all available sales channels and the rules currently assigned to them.

If no rule has been set for a channel yet, you will see:

Click “Set rule” for the sales channel you want to configure.

Bulk Edit or an individual price rule?

If many products should use the same pricing strategy, “Bulk Edit” is the fastest option.

If a specific product requires its own calculation, you can define the rule directly in the product under “Prices”.

Keep prices up to date automatically

Once Price Sync is set up, you no longer need to maintain prices separately for each sales channel.

You change the price in your online shop. Eselt applies the saved price rules and automatically updates the prices on your connected sales channels.

This allows you to use different margins and pricing strategies for eBay, Amazon, Kaufland or OTTO while still managing your prices centrally.
