Price Sync allows you to automatically synchronize prices from your base shop to connected marketplaces.
In this guide, we use WooCommerce as the base shop and eBay as the marketplace example. The setup works in the same way for other connected marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland and OTTO.
Before you start
Before activating Price Sync, make sure that your products are already connected between Eselt, your shop system and the marketplace.
Eselt uses the connected product data to update the correct marketplace offers. For best results, your products should have matching SKUs across your shop system, Eselt and the selected marketplace.
In this example, WooCommerce is used as the base shop. This means that Eselt takes the product price from WooCommerce and can synchronize it with the selected marketplace.
Step 1: Open the Products dashboard
Log in to your Eselt account. After logging in, you will see the main Products dashboard. This is where your products are listed and managed.
Above the product list, you will find the synchronization panel. This panel shows your connected shop systems and marketplaces, for example WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon, Kaufland and OTTO.

In this panel, each marketplace has synchronization options for Inventory sync, Orders sync and Price sync.
Step 2: Open the Price Sync settings for the marketplace
In the synchronization panel, find the marketplace for which you want to activate Price Sync.
In this example, we want to activate Price Sync for eBay.
Go to the eBay column and click Off in the Price sync row.
After clicking Off, the Price Sync setup module for this marketplace will open.
Step 3: Enable Price Sync for the marketplace
In the setup module, enable Price Sync for the selected marketplace. For example, in the eBay Price Sync module, activate the switch next to ebay.de.
The module also shows information about automatic price synchronization. When Price Sync is enabled for a marketplace, prices from your base shop are automatically synchronized with the selected target channel.
The update frequency is every 5 minutes.
After enabling the marketplace, click Save.

Price Sync is now active for this marketplace.
Step 4: Set price rules for your products
After Price Sync has been activated for the marketplace, you can set price rules for individual products.
Open a product in Eselt and go to the Prices tab.

Here you can see the price synchronization settings for the connected marketplaces.
The page shows that prices are synchronized from the base shop. In this example, the base shop is WooCommerce.
For each marketplace, you can decide whether the price should be managed manually or by a rule.
If the price is managed manually, Eselt will not automatically adjust the price for this marketplace.
If you enable a rule, you can define how the marketplace price should be calculated based on the price in your base shop.
Step 5: Create a price rule
To create a price rule for a marketplace, select the marketplace card and choose the rule option.
For example, you can set the eBay price to be 10% higher than the WooCommerce price.
In this case, if the WooCommerce price is 1000.00 €, Eselt will calculate the eBay price as 1100.00 €.

After setting the rule, click Save.
Eselt will then use this rule when synchronizing the price to the selected marketplace.
Step 6: Sync the product price
After saving the price rule, Eselt will synchronize prices automatically according to the Price Sync settings.
You can also use the Sync this product now button if you want to trigger the synchronization for the selected product immediately.

This can be useful if you have just changed a price rule and want to update the marketplace price right away.
Edit price sync rules in bulk
You can also apply the same price sync rule to multiple products at once.
On the Products dashboard, select the products you want to edit and click Bulk Edit.

In the bulk edit window, choose the sales channel, for example eBay, and select Edit price sync rules.

In the next step, set the price rule for the selected products. You can choose between a fixed amount or a percentage.
For example, you can increase prices by 10% compared to the WooCommerce price. To lower prices, enter a negative value, for example -10%.

After saving, the rule will be applied to all selected products on the selected channel.
Setting up Price Sync for Amazon, Kaufland or OTTO
Although this guide uses eBay as an example, Price Sync can also be activated for other marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland and OTTO.
To activate Price Sync for another marketplace, go to the synchronization panel above the product list and click Off in the Price sync row under the marketplace you want to configure.
After Price Sync is active for a marketplace, the actual price rules are set individually on the product page. Open a product, go to the Prices tab and define the rule for each connected marketplace separately.
This allows you to use different price rules for different products and channels. For example, one product can have a 10% higher price on eBay, while another product can be managed manually or use a different rule on Amazon.
Common problems
If prices are not synchronized as expected, first check whether Price Sync is active for the selected marketplace.
Also check whether the product is connected to the marketplace and whether the price rule has been saved.
If a product price is still managed manually, Eselt will not apply an automatic price rule for this marketplace.
If the product does not exist on the selected marketplace, Eselt cannot update the price there.
Best practice
Use your shop system as the base for your prices. In this example, WooCommerce is the base shop.
Before activating Price Sync for many products, test the setup with a few products first. This helps you check whether the price rules work as expected.
Price rules are useful if you want to adjust marketplace prices automatically, for example to include marketplace fees, shipping costs or different pricing strategies.
For example, you can set prices on a marketplace to be 10% higher than in WooCommerce.
Summary
Price Sync helps you keep marketplace prices aligned with the prices in your base shop, while still giving you control over how each product is priced on each channel.
Once Price Sync is active for a marketplace, you can decide per product whether the price should be managed manually or calculated automatically with a rule. This makes it possible to adjust prices differently for eBay, Amazon, Kaufland or OTTO, depending on your pricing strategy.
If you want to apply the same rule to several products, you can use Bulk Edit and update the price sync rules for multiple selected products at once.
