Order Sync allows you to transfer marketplace orders to your connected shop system. This makes it easier to manage orders in one place.
In this guide, we use eBay and WooCommerce as an example. The setup works in the same way for other connected marketplaces. Only the marketplace column you select is different.
Before you start
Before activating Order Sync, Inventory Sync must be enabled for the same marketplace.
This is important because Eselt needs the inventory connection to correctly match products and process marketplace orders. If Inventory Sync is not active yet, please activate it first.
You should also make sure that your products have matching SKUs in Eselt, in your shop system and on the marketplace. Eselt uses the SKU to match marketplace products with the products in your shop system.
Step 1: Open the Products dashboard
Log in to your Eselt account.
After logging in, you will see the main Products dashboard. This is where your products are listed and managed.
Above the product list, you will find the synchronization panel. This panel shows your connected shop systems and marketplaces, for example WooCommerce, Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Kaufland and OTTO.

Step 2: Open the sync settings for the marketplace
In the synchronization panel, find the marketplace for which you want to activate Order Sync.
In this example, we use eBay. Go to the eBay column and open the synchronization settings. If Order Sync is not active yet, the status will be shown as Off. After clicking Off, the sync setup module for eBay will open.
Step 3: Activate Order Sync
In the eBay sync module, make sure that Inventory Sync is already enabled.
Then enable the option:
Automatically export orders from eBay to WooCommerce
This option allows Eselt to transfer orders from eBay to WooCommerce.

After enabling the option, click:
Accept settings
Eselt will save the settings and start transferring new eBay orders to WooCommerce.
What happens after Order Sync is active?
After Order Sync is active, Eselt imports orders from the selected marketplace and transfers them to your shop system.
In this example, orders from eBay are transferred to WooCommerce.
Once an order has been transferred to WooCommerce, the further order handling is done in WooCommerce. This means that you continue processing the order in your shop system, according to your normal WooCommerce workflow.
Setting up Order Sync for other marketplaces
Although this guide uses eBay as an example, the process works in the same way for other connected marketplaces.
First, make sure that Inventory Sync is active for the selected marketplace. Then open the sync settings for the marketplace from the synchronization panel above the product list.
Enable the option for exporting orders to your connected shop system and click Accept settings. The setup logic is the same. Only the marketplace you select is different.
Common problems
If orders are not transferred as expected, first check whether Inventory Sync is active for the marketplace.
Also check whether the products have matching SKUs in Eselt, in your shop system and on the marketplace. If the SKU is missing or different, Eselt may not be able to match the ordered product correctly.
If a product exists on the marketplace but not in your shop system, the order may not be transferred correctly.

Order Sync in Eselt allows you to transfer marketplace orders to your connected shop system.
To activate it, open the Products dashboard and use the synchronization panel above the product list. In this example, we open the eBay sync settings, enable automatic order export from eBay to WooCommerce and confirm the setup with Accept settings.
Inventory Sync must be active before Order Sync can work correctly. After the order has been transferred, the further order handling is done in your shop system, for example WooCommerce.
