How can I set up automatic decision?
First, enable the best offer option, and then activate automatic decision to best offers. Now you can determine the percentage of the selling price at which the best offer will be automatically accepted. All best offers below this amount will be automatically declined.
Three important facts to consider:
- This function applies only to listings without variations.
- If the buyer includes a comment when submitting the best offer, automatic acceptance and rejection will not work. You will need to read the comment and decide whether to accept the best offer manually.
- Please note that certain product groups share common offer settings. For example, if you enable automatic responses at setting 3, they will be activated for all items using that specific setting.
