Amazon Channel Settings

Connecting your Amazon account to Eselt is designed to be simple. There are no hidden menus or complicated configuration steps. Most features work by switching a setting from Off to On, and Eselt handles the rest in the background. The Amazon Channel Settings include three main areas: Connection, Inventory, and Order.

Connection

The connection process appears exactly when you need it. When you click “Import from Amazon” or “Send to Amazon”, a small “Amazon Integration” popup opens.

After you confirm the connection with your Seller Central account, the Amazon channel becomes active and you can continue your import or listing immediately. The integration stays linked from that moment on.

Inventory

Inventory sync keeps your stock levels aligned between your Eselt catalog and Amazon. When the feature is on, Eselt updates Amazon whenever your quantity changes — whether the sale happens on Amazon or on another connected marketplace. This prevents overselling and keeps availability accurate across all channels.

To enable it, switch Inventory sync from Off to On after connecting your Amazon account. Eselt will then update Amazon automatically, as long as the SKUs match.

Each product needs a correct SKU  (Stock Keeping Unit), because that’s how Eselt matches your catalog with Amazon. If the SKU is missing or different, the stock cannot sync.

When you turn inventory sync on, a popup appears where you choose the source of the initial stock.

  • If you already use other channels like eBay, it’s usually best to leave “Get initial quantities from Amazon” unchecked so Eselt keeps your existing catalog quantities.
  • If you prefer the opposite, you can check the option and Eselt will pull the starting stock directly from Amazon.

Order

Order sync brings your Amazon orders into your main store so you can manage everything in one place.

After you switch Orders sync from Off to On, new Amazon orders will appear in your store system (for example, WooCommerce). Your main store integration must already be active for this to work.

Because Amazon restricts access to customer data, imported orders may not include full buyer details. Eselt can only retrieve product‑related information such as the item name, SKU, quantity, shipping cost, tax and other order‑level details.

You can handle missing customer data in two ways:

  1. fulfill the order directly in Seller Central, where all buyer details are available, or
  2. copy the customer information from Amazon into your store manually if you prefer to process the order there.
